Data protection
The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us.

We process your data exclusively within the framework of the legal regulations. It is collected when you provide it to us, e.g. via an e-mail or the contact form. The contact details you provide there are used to process your enquiry and, if necessary, for queries. We do not pass on this data without your consent. The processing of data on the contact form is therefore based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). Data will only be disclosed to government agencies if this is required by law. Our employees are obliged to maintain confidentiality.

As soon as you visit our website, various information is automatically collected by our IT system. This includes, for example, name and address as well as non-personal data that is stored due to technical processes (e.g. IP addresses, access date, operating system).

Cooperation with third parties
Our web pages contain links to other providers that are visible to you. We have no influence on how these providers of the linked websites handle the information shown on these pages. If you have any questions about this, please contact the relevant third-party provider directly. We are not responsible for compliance with data protection guidelines or the content of these websites.

FACEBOOK
When you visit our pages, a direct connection is established between your browser and the Facebook server via the plug-in. Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like" button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages on your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that we, as the provider of the pages, have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. You can find further information on this in the facebook data protection declaration at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.

If you do not wish Facebook to be able to associate your visit to our pages with your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS
Google Analytics is a website analysis service and uses so-called "cookies". These are text files that are stored on your computer. They enable an analysis of how the website is used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there.

Google Analytics cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. We use this website analysis service to be able to analyse user behaviour and to optimise both the website and the advertising.

TWITTER
Twitter is a global short message service that holds a large amount of personal data. In order to participate in the exchange of information by means of short texts ("tweets") on this platform, the user must register and thereby automatically relinquishes the rights to the processing of his/her personal data (name and user name) by the company. These written short texts are considered public communication and can be copied and used by any user. This also applies to photos, videos or links connected to the short text. The user has the possibility to decide on the use of his data by means of settings.

INSTAGRAM
The innovations in data protection mainly concern so-called application programming interfaces (API). Through such an interface, a third-party programme can be provided with a tool through which it can connect to the software's system. Third-party apps can no longer get information about who is following whom, follower numbers will no longer be available in the future. Apps no longer have the option of retrieving comments - only the comments on their own medium. Apps will no longer receive information about likes, will not be able to add or delete likes. This also applies to Likes on their own medium.

Apps no longer receive information about users' profiles via the User Search API. This includes the user name, the profile picture and the last posts, even if the medium has liked or commented on these pictures. A specific search for users is also no longer possible. The queries for APIs that continue to exist are limited to 200 per hour.

We would like to point out that data transmission on the internet (e.g. communication by e-mail) requires security precautions. Complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.
